 Is the snowshoe portion "runnable?"  I ask because my snowshoes are MSR Denalis, not exactly suited to running.

It all depends on the snow depth. If it is a meager year, yes, it could be runnable. But not if there is snow.....hope that helps.

I have the same snowshoes, and I've been able to run on the lower have of the course on the trail. It also depends upon conditioning. I live and train at 3500 ft and the air is pretty thin for me, so I end up walking quite a bit.
